Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Receive and retrieve work orders to the proper stall area.
Provide our customers with excellent service in accordance with all manufacturer and dealership standards.
Perform diagnostics on vehicles and perform repairs as directed.
Retrieve the proper parts from the Parts Department.
In the case of warranty or customer request, set aside, label, and turn in parts.
Notify service advisors of any and all changes, including more work being needed, more time needed, or work outlined not being needed.
Maintain adequate documentation.
Check that the complaint has been solved through road tests.
Be subject to and administer quality checks on your work.
Be present for all training classes.
Promptly familiarize yourself with all factory bulletins
Keep the customers’ cars clean on the outside and inside.
Participate in and carry out all housekeeping and safety procedures.
Stay up-to-date with all local, state, and federal guidelines and ordinances governing vehicle service and repair.
