At your appointment time, a Santa Cruz Toyota team member picks up your vehicle from your home or workplace, brings it to our service center at 4200 Auto Plaza Dr in Capitola, and returns it once the work is complete. You stay on your schedule while your Toyota gets the attention it needs.
Pick-up and delivery is built for Toyota owners in the Santa Cruz, Capitola, Watsonville, Aptos, Scotts Valley, and Marina area who need routine maintenance or scheduled service but can’t easily fit a dealership visit into their week. Oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, and other scheduled services are all eligible.
Santa Cruz Toyota’s service center is staffed by Toyota-trained technicians using genuine Toyota parts. Every vehicle that comes through pick-up and delivery is handled with the same standards as an in-person service visit.
