I brought may 2006 Hylander in yesterday because the sunroom was stuck open.Everyone, the greeters, the drivers and the sales people were exceptionally nice and efficient.The only reason I could not give 5 stars is I was so disappointed that in order to properly fix the unit which only had a broken cable on one side, I would have to purchase a whole new mechanism for 2000.00 plus labor.I opted for closing it permanently for 165.00.It is a shame and seems this policy of the Toyota company is rather greedy and uncaring about seniors like me on a fixed income. ...
