Great service as usual, I know it can be a bit more than an independent mechanic but at least I know it’s Toyota certified. My only frustration is the waiting and I am very hesitant to use the shuttle these days. I had an appointment but I happened to get assigned a time slot just before folks went on lunch break, so that added to the waiting period.
Brought my car in because it was not starting. TSC called back in an hour with diagnosis. Another hour later I was headed back to TSC in their courtesy shuttle. Problem solved!

Fair, courteous, knowledgeable sales staff. They don't pressure you. The repair shop does very good work and it's wonderful that they have a shuttle to take you home when you drop your car off and to pick you up when you have to get your car
