Had a serious problem with my 5 year old Tacoma pickup which purchased there, that had less than 10,000 miles. Rear transmission failed. I expected to have a big expense.I was surprised because it failed after so few miles. I asked them whether it could have been caused by something I did wrong. They said no, and fixed it under warranty, without me having to ask for that. After 5 years I thought it might not be under warranty. The person I spoke with it were quite helpful. They were quite willing to stand up to be responsible for their warranty. So ...

First experience with them was pretty good, fast service, and the mechanic took time to explain what was happening to my car when I complained about a noise, and they fixed.

I always go to Toyota of Santa Cruz for all my service needs and I have never been disappointed. They have some great technicians and supporting staff, I will never hesitate to recommend them to others. Hope and wish their great job will continue.

Brought Prius in for recall. Checking in was quick and easy. The service rep said hed do his best to have the car ready by 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM. At 3:30 PM I called and he said he thought it would be ready in another 30 minutes but he would check and call me back. He called me back about five minutes later saying it was ready. So I was left wondering how long has it been ready And what would’ve happened if I hadn’t called?


Just came in with a flat tire, got taken care of right away! Very nice service manager, Mikell, took care of me, waiting room just next to showroom was spacious and comfy and warm and vending machines neatby we're full and my car was ready in no time and came out all clean and washed!
