I was told the seat in my 2023 van needed a $1600 repair. I left the van at the dealership and later that afternoon was told the repair was complete... I picked up my car and discovered a day later that no repair had been made on the problem. I returned to the dealership and they were unable to explain what had been done to my car. Two weeks later the correct part is still has not arrived.

Sales passed on to someone else when I arrived.
No RAV4-hybrids on lot.
No discount except for unwanted add-ons.
Had to fill in all paper work before car even on lot…it took over 2-1/2 hours and left me completely exhausted.
When there to pick up car, trade-in value, went from a low of $1000 down to $100 until complained.
Useless accessories, no discount, except one for coating.
Phone set up incorrectly making my phone secondary.
Cashed check while deposit to bank was still pending. Could have resulted in cost to me.

Tried to scam me out of 4500$ by saying my car had a bad headgasket, and would not cover the labor of teardown when car is under warranty. Left the car outside under sprinklers and left hard water spotting on the eight thousand dollar paint protection film I had installed on the car. Very unprofessional shop.

This service center is excellent, Customer Service is friendly and informative, the work quality is too notch, and this Toyota dealership is one of the best in the area (I compare it to the San Francisco/Geary location). My only gripe, which is probably because I didn’t schedule it in advance, is that I asked for Tier 1 Detailing in addition to the warranty service, and that stretched the appointment to over 6 hours, which seemed like a long time.

My service provider was very helpful and did it. He did everything that I asked him to do and didn’t try to upsell me on anything that wasn’t needed.

Mike was super welcoming and helpful during my visit. The bummer was the shuttle service was messed up and rides changed and cancelled that it took me 2 hours to get back to the dealership after I was told my service was complete.

I felt that in every way, the service was as good as it could be. My adviser was very upfront, which I appreciated, and definitely kept on my case, the clean up and repair needed because of the rodent damage was extensive and took time, but was done thoroughly and well, especially given how difficult it is to find and get the rodent, and to locate all the damaged wires, plugged up vents etc (with nesting material gleaned from the insulation), and so on. Everyone was helpful and polite, including the free shuttle service and drivers.

Further (with respect to the many friendly, gregarious employees) my service rep, (I’ve had him before) clearly, does not like people. Sadly, I will be researching other places in town to have my car serviced.

Efficiently quick. These surveys are becoming a... nuisance, need I say more? Plus three words.

As always, I’m let down. Maybe it’s because I was a BMW service manager and we had higher expectations. This time my wife had a simple ask to program the car so the windows would all drop down when she held the unlock button. I had to teach the tech how to use the tech stream to do it. Waiting almost an hour for a simple request to be completed

I took my car in for a service appointment at 8:30 am and I had to call a couple of times to get an update. On the second call the person who answered let me know it was a busy day. My car was ready at 1:30 pm. It would have been nice to get a heads up it that was a busy day and that it was going to take that long.

The experience was good. The car was serviced and ready to go in 2/1/2 hrs.

I didn't like I had to go through the credit application process when this was a cash transaction. I also didn't like having to go through the sales pitches for the add-on.

I tried calling the maintenance department many times to see if I still had any services on my plan, but no one ever answered. Despite this, I made an appointment for an oil change. The oil change took over three hours, and the dealership gave me a quote to fix my windshield. The quote I was given was about $2k different than the quote I was given months earlier by the same dealership

My car-buying experience at Santa Cruz Toyota began positively through the Costco Auto Program. Unfortunately, it immediately deteriorated when the dealership overcharged me for a cat shield, well above the listed price on their website, and telling me "It was a deal." What started as a promising and transparent process turned into a case of deceptive upselling.

Easy to schedule an appointment. As soon as you arrive, someone is there to greet you and get you checked in. Everything is explained clearly. The shuttle service is great. The service gets done in a timely manner. The waiting area is clean.

Absolutely insane waiting times and no way to make an appointment and have someone actually begin working on your car when you drop off. I was talked into a maintenance plan that covers oil changes and tire rotations and it takes them an average of 5 and half hours to complete an oil change. Completely ridiculous.

I have had wonderful experiences at this facility with everyone other than Joshua Justice. Avoid him, he speaks down to you and feels confrontational. I have loved all other interactions with the service staff! Helpful and friendly.

Took the car in because the sunroof was not working. Also Had a bent rim and a tire that keeps loosing PSI. They fix the sunroof and the bent rim. But they never fixed the air leak problem. I mention this issue to jerry.

Service writer not engaging or welcoming. He wasn't outright rude just matter of fact and never smiled and wasn't personable. Called for pick up and was told vehicle ready and drove to pick up and not ready. Had to wait another hour.
